Understanding Cellulite

Hyperdilute Radiesse 

Hyperdilute Radiesse is a biostimulatory filler used in a diluted form to enhance skin elasticity, improve texture, and reduce the appearance of cellulite. By stimulating collagen and elastin, this treatment helps thicken and smooth the skin.

How It Works:

Radiesse is mixed with a saline solution to create a thinner, spreadable product.

It is injected into the affected areas, stimulating collagen production over time.

The result is firmer, smoother skin with reduced dimpling.

I was so thrilled to find Dr. Juliya Fisher in my network of physicians in my health plan. Her credentials are fabulous and coupled with that, she has a very calming demeanor and really puts you at ease during your appointment. Special thank you to her wonderful staff (Rachel, Rita and Sienna) along with the rest of the Front Office staff. I highly recommend this practice!

Dr. Juliya Fisher I honestly the best in her field in all of NYC.

As someone who is very particular about everything (Im a strong virgo!) I had not been able to find anyone in aesthetics that I liked enough to return to more than once since moving back to the east coast from LA. Los Angeles the market is saturated and its a little easier to find people that are at least decent - In New York the market seems to be more saturated with what I like to refer to as grab - and -gos; companies that want you to have a membership and essentially walk you in and out of the door in 15 minutes or less. And if you arent satisfied a receptionist will call you back to tell you they'll discount your next treatment -umm...no thanks why would I pay to do that?!

I found Dr. Fisher after a friend of mine had done a a sofewave laser treatment with her t(hats considered a non surgical facelift) and I couldnt believe how much tighter her skin had become and what a strong glow she had.

My first meeting with her was amazing, you could tell right away that she has a wealth of knowledge on all aspects of dermatology, facial anatomy as well a ton of experience as am injector for filler/ botox and all the other goodies.

But what really took me in was that her confidence was as strongly matched with her attentiveness to listen and hear everything I was saying about my goals and what past experiences I had that I was/ wasnt happy with.
I have a really small forehead- and no matter how many times I have told past injectors that I cant have a lot of botox in that area and they cant really go below the hairline I have always ended up with more than I wanted and a heavy brow. Dr.Fisher was able to point this out before I even told her and from that moment I knew she was the one Ive been looking for.

I can honestly say she has helped me to look and feel the best I have in many years- she was able to explain what options there were for my goals- which have always been to look natural and less insecure- she has never tried to over sell me and has also told me when I wasnt a candidate for something - and I know she would tell me if I was taking my perfectionism too far - hahah- I have had a few things done with her and I have never been happier with any other person thats ever done any injections for me. She took the time to really hear what I wanted and was able to make it all happen.

And aside from being technically amazing shes just super chill and nice, there isnt a pretentious bone in her body. You feel like you are hanging out with a friend that genuinely wants the best for you. You can see the pride she has in her work - and the pride she has in seeing her patients happy. I can tell thats her biggest priority - the satisfaction of patients. I have ,and would send any friend or family member to her- and those that have gone are as big a fan as I am.

I took the chance and did the Sofwave Laser- and its a miracle worker, I have been told more times in this last two weeks that My skin is glowing and what have I done to it that I have been asked in YEARS. It's been around 2.5 months and thats when they say the results start to show- and they are exactly on schedule and I have been telling my friends to stop wasting money on other things and try this out.

Im so grateful to have found my person and to be able to help direct others in what can be a scary and long search, and thank you Dr.Fisher for being so skilled and my best friend in my head 🙂

Dr. Fisher is very nice person who is also a confident and knowledgeable specialist in her field. She quickly removed my skin lesions so carefully and it was completely pain free. Dr. Fisher doesn’t force you into expensive treatments but can recommend something if you ask. Hope the therapy I was prescribed with is going to improve my skin quality. Doctor’s assistants and the whole office (I’m sorry, so many people, don’t really remember the names) are very nice and helpful and build such calm friendly atmosphere even though you are at the doctor’s office.

Dr. Fisher does a very thorough skin check. The course of treatment she prescribed helped me attain younger and smoother looking skin. I am a 70 year old guy who was a sun worshiper back in the day and did damage to my skin. My skin is better now and will continue to get better as a result of Dr. Fisher.

Dr. Fisher is an excellent doctor who's is knowledgeable, practical and professional. The healing time after my procedure was significantly less than I anticipated it would be due in large measure to the high quality of her work. I definitely recommend her.
